Deepal Shaw (born 22 February 1986) is an Indian actress, singer, model who released her first album Baby Doll, as a model in 2004 at the young age of 16. After which she adopted this as her stage name “baby doll”. Deepali Shaw was born and brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

She followed up her strong debut with Baby Doll Chapter 2, giving many hit remixes such as “Kabhi Aar Kabhi Paar” and “Rangeela Re. Her music consists mainly of modernized remixes of old Hindi songs, with a very heavy sound entailing some hip hop moves. She has a collaboration with on Saregama India Records.

MTV India supported her for promoting her music, by playing her sexy and extremely popular music videos. Along with her passionate skills in singing she was a great dancer too, who knows how to keep her fans amused with her “Thumkas”. Her fans still recalls her thumkas over the song “Kabhi aar Kabhi Paar”. Deepali is a glamorous singer as well as dancer.

She portrayed the role of a pornstar in the controversial film Kalyug of Mahesh Bhatt’s which got released in 2005 opposite Emraan Hashmi . After this she has done a few number of movies, out of which in “A Wednesday” she appeared as a reporter and in the film “ sahib , biwi and gangster” she was casted in the role of “Suman” a decent character.
