Sedentary life style of people has given rise to problems such like Diabetes, Hyper tension and cardiovascular diseases. Static position can make your heart muscles stiff i.e., left ventricle, when they get stiffens, you get high pressure and the heart chamber doesn’t fill as well with blood. In its most severe form, blood can back up into the lungs. Here is when heart failure develops.
So prevention and management of any disease needs to be started as early as possible.
Following 30-minute, of moderate exercise sessions for the first two years have shown 18 percent improvement in their maximum oxygen intake during exercise and a more than 25 percent improvement in the elasticity of the left ventricular muscle.
Poor fitness in middle age is a strong indicator of developing the future risk of heart failure. Regular exercise should be given importance just like your personal hygiene – brushing your teeth and taking a shower.
Including high-intensity and moderate intensity exercise training is an effective strategy to reverse the effects of sedentary aging on the heart.

Including foods low in saturated fat, trans fat, and sodium fruits , fiber-rich whole grains, fi’sh ,nuts, legumes and seeds in your diet. Select lower fat dairy products and Limit your sugar-intake etc.
Be physically active. Working at least 2½ hours (150 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity (e.g., brisk walking) every week can protect your heart from getting aged, said by” American Heart Association’s Guidelines for Physical Activity in Adults and in Kids”.
