Bollywood and Pollywood actress Surveen Chawla, was booked in a fraud case filed by the co-producer and his father of film “Nil Batte Sannata”, along with her husband Akshay Thakkar and her brother Manvinder Chawla for a fraud of Rs 40 lakh.
The accused reached Hoshiarpur late on Thursday evening to join police investigation and met SHO Lomesh Sharma, denying her any role in the case, Surveen said, she is unnecessarily being pulled into it since she is a celebrity.
Expressing her complete faith in the legal process, she requested Police to carry this case until they discover the complete depth of the truth!!.
